Positive experience all round

Whether you are new to yoga or a practising yogi I would thoroughly recommend Di's sessions. Di is extremely welcoming and friendly. If you have wanted to try yoga but been apprehensive she will put you at your ease the moment you walk through the door. I never feel pressured  beyond what I feel capable of.  Di has the ability to make everyone feel valued and her aura is one of calmness and kindness to all. The sessions are feel good and relaxing.  She has the ability to make them fun, smiling from beginning to end and with her gentle, soothing voice you will leave with a feeling of tranquillity ready for a good night's sleep.

When I first heard of Diana’s Progressive Yin classes, I had given up on yoga which had been a life saver for many years- in fact since 2003 as I had found it was the only way I could get some stress relief and calm from my ever so demanding and stressful job. I had developed a condition which prevented me from practising vinyasa yoga and had stopped attending altogether due to the pain in my arms I  had been experiencing .
The moment I walked through the door, I was met by Diana with  a lovely , warm embrace and have never looked back!
In addition to being an excellent yoga practitioner , Diana is a lovely , empathetic. person who has created this fantastic lovely ambience in all of her sessions - I believe I speak for both the progressive yin and vinyasa classes she runs regularly at Belmont Hall- I look forward to each session as I have found it highly beneficial in many ways and I have also built my strength and resilience in addition to feeling ever so stress-free and relaxed after each session!
I have recommended Diana to people who have expressed an interest in practising yoga as well as friends who have been struggling with work - related  stress and fatigue !

Yoga was something that I always wanted to try at a different level. I used to try a few poses after my workouts but never tried to follow someone to create a flow with all the poses. And because of that I never stuck to the practice. And I never meditated. I mean I tried but failed miserably. But that changed ...
Di found me and I am glad she did. I absolutely love her yoga sessions. Since going to the first, in May this year, I never missed one and I am always looking forward for the evening to go in and just be there in the moment - leave the worries behind.Going back to my first session, after the it I felt great, serenity hit me - my body and my mind were lighter. It's not an easy feeling and state to explain but it felt amazing.
I love that Di does not have any expectations, if you miss a pose, it's ok. If you're not doing it like she does, that is fine too. The experience is what matters and I am drawn to that. 
I love the meditation at the end of each session. It wraps me up in a cocoon of self love and awareness. Every time, I am leaving the sessions five times more grateful for what I have and what I experienced.
Di is an amazing person. She is such a calm and warm human being - with a smile on her face, always! And that goes a long way. I am forever grateful to have found each other. 
You're an inspiration and people should be more like you. Genuine and bright.

I have been practising yoga for about 15 years. Di took over our class when our previous teacher moved away last year. Di is a very good yoga teacher she is very caring and we all love her she teaches at all levels so no one feels left out and most importantly we all have fun and most weeks we all laugh together and come out feeling as we have worked out and really enjoyed it.

Di’s yin class for me is exactly what I need
To stretch the body with poses using bolsters, cushions & blankets. She has a very calming voice & greets you with happiness & enthusiasm. I would highly recommend Di as a yoga teacher.
